SARBOX® SB401 is a highly functional, carboxylic acid and anhydride containing methacrylate oligomer, blended in ethyl-3-ethoxy propionate (EEP) solvent. It offers fast cure speed and excellent copper adhesion. SARBOX® SB401 has a high acid number for alkali strippability. SARBOX® SB401 also provides good solvent and acid resistance and excellent high gloss aqueous development.
