Reactive solids are 100%. It offers excellent cure speed, excellent adhesion to metal and plastics, good wetting and flow characteristics. SARBOX® SB510E35 also has excellent thin film adhesion to electrocoated steel.

SpeedBlock DP74 is used in warm white and pastel tones where the degree of whiteness of the paint/ink needs intensifying. SpeedBlock 74 will mask the yellow self colour of some formulations and will increase the deep tone of blue/black inks. SpeedBlock 74 is recommended for use at concentrations between 0.02 - 5.0%. The actual use level chosen depends on the particular application and end user requirements.
